Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Log in to your account on our website.
Go to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
Follow the instructions to complete the return request.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions, including the return shipping address.

3. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 30 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your purchase included free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the unwanted item(s) following the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item(s).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item or, in some cases, arrange for a replacement.

6. Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as final sale, and returns or exchanges for these items will not be accepted unless the product is damaged or defective.
